What counts as "qualifying revenue"?

Revenue generated from services, subscriptions, or products built on or powered by Odoo CE v18 qualifies. Internal use, non-commercial projects, and open-source contributions are exempt.

How is monthly revenue reported?

Partners submit declarations via the Daffodil Global Partner Portal. Automated connectors support popular accounting platforms. Reports are reviewed quarterly with an annual audit process.

Can I switch tiers mid-year?

Tier upgrades happen automatically when trailing 12-month revenue crosses a threshold. Downgrades are reviewed annually at renewal. You are never penalized for growth.

Is there a minimum monthly fee?

No. If you generate zero qualifying revenue in a month, your share owed is zero. The model is entirely performance-based with no floor or minimum commitment.

Does the LGPL license still apply?

Yes. Odoo CE v18 remains LGPL-licensed. The Revenue-Sharing Agreement is a separate commercial layer offering additional support, partner status, and ecosystem benefits.

What if I miss a payment?

A 14-day grace period applies. Partner benefits are paused until the balance is settled. No punitive action is taken for amounts under $500 in documented good-faith cases.
